Exterior: This home has blue painted wood clapboard siding that wraps around the whole house. Windows are all boarded up with plywood to help keep out trespassers. Grey shingle roof is in good shape and has a chimney. There is a nice-sized covered porch in front with cast iron railing details and water runoff gutters still in tact. Two car garage in back is made of painted cinderblocks and is in excellent condition: very sturdy and solid. Yard contains trees and shrubbery to give the yard a cozier feel. Grass itself may need a little work, but yard is relatively well-kept.
Interior: Kitchen cabinets are made of a medium to light colored wood with knobs and fixtures still in great condition. Countertop is a pink/peach color and sink is stainless steel. Cabinets, counter, and sink are all still in place and in excellent condition! Bathroom toilet and bathtub are clean and in good shape. Walls around tub are lined with fake tile wall coverings and one needs to be re-attached to the wall (see picture). Each room in the house is painted with a different color (colors include burgundy, green, brown, and one neutral). Trim is oversized and is white. Get this one before it's gone!
