This neighborhood is very quiet and very safe. When I was training for the Susan Komen 3-day walk I would sometimes walk until 11:pm and still pass neighbors.I never worry about my children playing or riding their bikes. This neighborhood is attached to an extremely upscale neighborhood so property values have never been a worry. We are also within a 3 min drive to Super Walmart and many other shops and restaurants yet we are still somewhat secluded. We have a fire department located near the entrance and have always enjoyed a quick response should the need for help ever arise.
