my house in still in the remodeling stages.selling as is. i have decided to stay in california with my patient so iam going to sell my home. it has new flooring and windows on the sunporch. it has new carpet and closet doors upstairs. original hardwood floors downstairs. new windows in the livingroom and new sliding glass door in dinningroom area. i have all new plumbing, propane lines new gas woodstove in frontroom. new waterheater and all the electric has been done except in the kitchen and bathroom areas. those 2 areas will need to be completed by the new owners so you can choose your own design. i have a new white vinyl fence around part of the backyard and half has been landscaped with new flagstone patio and gravel pathways with flower beds . you can design that to your liking too. back and frontyards are hugh. the house comes with water rights so during the summer months you don't have to water your plants or yards with city water you would use canal water which i pay once a year for. so this is way cheaper. no big city water bills all summer. i pay the city canal water company once a year around november $71.00. the furniture can be purchased too if you see anything you like. i love my house but just won't be able to live there for years. this house would be great to live in fulltime or for a vacation property. house is located 50 miles from moab utah.
