Description:
I have a 1984 mobile home that has been gutted and renovated. I have replaced all walls using 1/2 in drywall. The floors in the kitchen living room and hall are laminated wood, the bedrooms have carpet that is less then 1yr old. The bathroom has a new toilet, extra deep tub, all new fixtures and has tile shower walls. The kitchen has new oak cabinets, above the range microwave, gas stove, and a side by side fridge. The sink is my favorite part. It is a stainless steel sink by Franke. It is 9in deep and has one large side and one small. All interior doors have been replaced including the frames. Light fixtures have been upgraded. I had a brand new furnace and air conditioner put in by Sears a few months ago. The a/c unit is a 3 ton unit. All windows have been replaced with the windows that tilt in for easy cleaning. The walls are 2x4 and are very well insulated. All outlet boxes have been replaced as well as plugs and light switches. The water heater has been replaced at some point but I dont know the exact year on it. The roof is the original metal roof but was coated in January this year and has NO leaks. The siding has been replace with vinyl siding, although a patch of it in the back is slightly different color and needs to be painted. There is a 10x14 porch on the front and plenty of left over lumber for any additional building you would be interested in. The trailer is located in a trailer park in Georgetown, KY. The lot rent is 275.00 a month for 3 or less people and 20 extra a month for each additional person. Water, sewer, and trash are included. I have attached pictures of the kitchen, 2nd bedroom, bath, and master bedroom. The cabinet colors vary in the kitchen because I havent had the oppurtunity to poly them all yet. They well all look like the darker cabinets once I poly them. I apologize about how little can be seen in the bathroom picture but its hard to get a good angle. The shower/tub is to the right of the toilet. The bedroom picture should show the basic size. It is alot bigger then it probably looks due to having so much furniture in there.
