Also comes with: *washer and dryer *Refrigerator *leather/suede couch w/ dual recliner from Rooms to go, 6 months old. (She doesn't want to move it because it is so heavy) *small wood deck/stairs for front *White microwave hutch with cabinets.
Other details: Propane gas central heat Electric water heater
Problems: Tub was cracked when we accidentally dropped something big and heavy in it. It is now patched and does not leak at all. Patch is still visible (that is the problem).
House is in good shape. My mother bought it in 1994 and has lived in it alone ever since.
Price is 14000 + title transfer cost or any other cost associated with buying or moving the home.
It is currently located in a mobile home park. If anyone is interested in living there, the lot rent is 250/month + utilities. I think they have free basic cable also. If interested, we can set you up to talk to the manager of the park.
